No customs clearance is needed! You can request your E705 via www.myminfin.be.
Step-by-Step Guide to apply for vignette 705
Go to the official MyMinfin website and log in using itsme or your eID.
Navigate to My taxation (Mijn fiscaliteit).
Click on My declaration (Mijn aangifte) or look for the E705 application.
Choose to declare a vehicle and fill in the required details.
Important Information
Cost: Applying for an E705 is completely free.
Processing time: Keep in mind that customs has a legal processing time of up to 5 days.
Purpose: This electronic document replaces the old paper vignette and is required to register your imported vehicle with the DIV.
